How long is the product warranty, and how are malfunctions handled within the warranty period?
Standard 3-year warranty, with the warranty period calculated from the date of shipment. During the warranty period, non-human-induced damage is covered by free replacement; defective products will be promptly replaced upon return. Human-caused damage or unauthorized disassembly is not covered under the warranty. -
Does it support custom lengths, styles, logos, and packaging?
We support cable length, product labeling, and packaging customization, and can provide personalized solutions tailored to your data center’s engineering requirements. Customized products have minimum order quantity requirements; details will be quoted separately. -
Is there no MOQ (minimum order quantity) for the spot product? How long is the lead time for bulk purchases? Apart from the quotation, are there any other additional fees?
There is no minimum order quantity; even small, scattered orders are welcome. Standard stock items are shipped within 3 days. For large quantities of standard products, ample inventory ensures immediate dispatch; if stock is insufficient, the production lead time will be confirmed separately based on order volume. Pricing is transparent: standard in-stock items incur no additional fees, and custom processing costs are clearly listed in advance. -
Which server switches from which brands are the product mainly compatible with? What is the compatibility like?
The product is compatible with mainstream domestic and international equipment brands; servers and switches from Huawei, Ruijie, Dell, H3C, Cisco, Arista, Meraki, NVIDIA, and others are all supported. Compatibility test reports can be provided, and for specialized niche models, samples can be sent in advance for compatibility testing. -

All finished products undergo 100% full inspection before leaving the factory, including SI electrical performance testing, aging tests, compatibility packet-loss tests, and bit-error tests, to ensure shipment quality and strictly control the outflow of defective products. -
What compliance certifications does the product have, and are there complete test reports?
The entire range of high-speed interconnect products holds internationally recognized certifications such as CE, FCC, TUV, and RoHS. Each batch is accompanied by an in-factory optoelectronic test report, and a complete set of qualification documents can be provided upon request for project bidding and data center acceptance. -
